Katy
LeDoyen, Managing Director
Ms.
LeDoyen is a Senior Economic Policy Analyst covering fiscal and legislative
issues affecting the global capital markets. Ms. LeDoyens previous
professional experience in global asset management, proprietary trading
and corporate/government relations during her tenure at Strategic Investment
Partners, Cargill and Freddie Mac, respectively, complements her work
at G7 Group by providing a range of contacts and technical experience
in various areas including hedge funds, global fixed income, private equity
and real estate. Ms. LeDoyen received a BA in economics and political
science from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
She also holds various professional registrations and licenses related
to finance and investing.
Michael
Monderer, Managing Director
Mr. Monderer monitors the European Central Bank, the major continental
European economies, and global issues in the Group of 8 industrial nations.
Before joining the G7 Group in 2006, he was president of his own consulting
firm, Sovereign Debt Advisors LLC, where he specialized in international
debt restructuring. Previously, Mr. Monderer was Director for International
Debt Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and a Senior Advisor
to the Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs. He was
the U.S. Government representative to the G-7 debt experts group, reporting
to the G-7 Finance Deputies, and for eleven years represented the U.S.
Government in the Paris Club of Western creditor nations where he developed
extensive relationships with European government financial officials.
Mr. Monderer has studied international finance and economics at the University
of Maryland, where he is working on a Ph.D.
David
Rubashkin, Executive Director, G7 Telecom Briefing
As
Executive Director of the G7 Telecom Briefing, Mr. Rubashkin directs the
G7 Group's coverage of legislative and regulatory developments affecting
the global telecommunications industry. He has been the managing director
of the Competitive Broadband Coalition (CBC) and vice president of congressional
relations with US West and vice president of federal policy and strategy
with Media One. Mr. Rubashkin has over 20 years' experience in communications
policy.
Antonin
Delaroiere, Senior Telecom Analyst
Mr. Delaroiere analyzes telecommunications and macroeconomic developments
in Europe for the G7 Group. He joined the G7 Group in early 2001 after
working as a researcher for UUNet's Asia Pacific Product Group. Mr. Delaroiere
holds a master's degree from Georgetown University with a focus on Telecommunications
Business and Policy, and an undergraduate degree from the Ecole Superieure
de Journalisme in Paris. He is fluent in English and French.
Xin
Gou, China Telecom Analyst
Mr. Gou gained experience writing on China for news websites, including
China's official English newspaper China Daily, as well as China
Highway magazine. Mr. Gou also held a position at China Unicom Corp,
the second largest mobile telecommunication company in China. In addition
to his work experience, Mr. Gou has senior level contacts in the Chinese
government. He holds a master's degree from Georgetown University and
an undergraduate degree in International Business from the University
of International Business and Economics in Beijing (UIBE), the only university
under the direct supervision of China's Ministry of Foreign Trade and
Economic Cooperation.
